This is a handcrafted item unique to you! It is primarily made of hand-cut mosaic tiles and therefore minor imperfections can be expected but make the bag all more special. Please use it with care to avoid scratches, dents or movement of the tiles. We hope you enjoy your bag as much as the artisan enjoyed crafting it.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, DIYbags does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. If you have any questions in regard to any of our products, please email us via our Contact Us page on the website or message us on Instagram prior to checking out and making payment.
